The Goons of Doom and DJ Eddy are firing up again after the Easter weekend carnage in Torquay.
Following on from one of the biggest Easter weekend parties at Bells Beach in recent memory, the Tracks party tour is returning with shows on the Gold Coast this week and in Sydney next weekend.
The Bells party, sponsored by Yeti, Dragon, Rip Curl and Blackmans Brewery, saw over 600 people turn up to wreak havoc to the surf punk riffs of the Goons of Doom and dance the night away to DJ Eddy at the Torquay Surf Lifesaving Club. The place was full blown carnage with stage diving, mosh pits, dancing; all fueled by the Goons who reminded us how weekend surf trips should be celebrated.
Following on from their spontaneous on stage ‘fingered’ duet with the Goons at Torquay, Coffs Harbour based band Purple Disturbance will once again be joining us at the Coolangatta Hotel this Friday.
Northern beaches based band The Good Kids will then be supporting the Goons and Eddy at the Harbord Hotel in Freshwater at our Sydney show on Friday 17 May. These boys know how to party and bring an abundance of energy, some punk flavours and plenty pub sing a longs.
As well as the promise of a hell good time, there will be giveaways from Yeti, Dragon, O’Neill and Vissla at each of the remaining two events.
